Cake with apples

For the cake you will need: 4 eggs, 1/2 Cup sugar, 4 to 5 apples, 400 g flour, vanilla, soda

Whip the eggs with sugar, add vanilla, baking soda, grated apples and gradually add flour to get the dough for the cake. Spread it on a baking sheet thickness of 3 cm and bake in a cool oven.

After the cake has cooled, slice it and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
