Cake "Desire"

700 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

150 g the butter for the dough and 400 g for cream

100 g honey

300 g sugar for the dough and cream

3 PCs egg - . for the test, and 4 pieces - cream

1/2 tsp. vinegar 3%

1/2 tsp. soda

vanilla - pinch

200 g walnuts crushed cores

Cream sugar and eggs, without whipping, first heat up to 40 �C in a water bath, then cool to 20 �C. Oil whisk, add the vanilla and enter the small portions of the egg mass.

To test the eggs, sugar, honey and butter, stirring occasionally, heat on a water bath, then pour the soda, slaked vinegar. When the mixture begins to foam, stir in the flour and cook for a few minutes. Divide the dough into 6 pieces,roll the tortillas, bake at 220 �C.

The cooled cakes will proselyte cream, sprinkle with walnuts and refrigerate for impregnation for 6 hours.
