Cake "Masha"

Ingredients:

200 g condensed milk with sugar dough and cream - by

250 g sour cream

320 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

3 pcs. egg

1 h. l. soda

2 Art. l. Cocoa powder

butter

chopped nuts - for decoration

Condensed milk, cream and eggs are mixed until smooth and pour the flour with the baking soda. The dough is divided in half, one half was added cocoa.

Spread batter into a greased form and bake 20 minutes at 210 � C. Willingness to check the wooden splinter. Cool.

Finished cakes release from the mold, cut in half lengthwise.

Cream butter is maintained at room temperature and whipped, gradually adding the condensed milk to a stable fluffy consistency.

Lubricated cream cakes and connected so that they alternate in color. Surface and sides of cake decorate cream and sprinkled with chopped nuts.
