Ingredients:

500 g puff pastry

250 g cherries, pitted

1 Art. l. cherry juice



2 glass cream a 33% fat

1 h. l. gelatin

2 Art. l. starch

1/2 Art. l. sugar - 1

125 g powdered sugar
