600 g Carrot

40 g rice

40 g flour

40 g butter

300 g milk

1 pcs. yolk

Prepared carrots cut into pieces of any shape and suggest in a sealed container with a small amount of broth and butter. Ready rubbed carrots. Prepare white sauce.
