800 g mascarpone cheese

400 ml milk

100 g walnuts

6 eggs

4 egg yolks

Combine chopped nuts with eggs, flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, stir, pour the milk in a thin stream, knead dough, leave it on for 20 minutes.

Connect the remaining sugar with the egg yolks, beaten, add cheese.

Bake pancakes in the pan about 20 cm in diameter, its lubricating oil.

Collect pancake cake with mascarpone filling and stacking greased mascarpone pancakes on each other, the cream should be the last.
