50 g chicken liver

2 pcs. egg

5 Art. l. butter



1 stale white bread - slice

3 Art. l. white breadcrumbs

In fillet remove the film and tendons, beat off his bones clean. Put in the middle of the fillet minced finely chopped fried liver, one boiled egg and greens, butter, pepper. Edge fillet lift and close their stuffing.

Cutlets with salt and pepper, breaded in flour, beaten egg, moisten first, breaded in bread crumbs, moisten again in egg, breaded in finely sliced bread and compress hands, giving the shape of an elongated egg. Fry in deep fat patty, then cook until ready in the oven.

Garnish potatoes, cut into strips and deep fried (share), fresh vegetables and herbs.
