What you need:

4 pcs. lime or lemon

10 g gelatin

2 Art. l. sugar

350 g mango juice

1 pcs. peaches

300 g peach ice cream

4 Art. l. coconut

Limes and kiwi rinse with hot water. With lime erase fine grater 1 teaspoon zest. 2 limes, cut in half, squeeze juice from them, the remaining limes cut into thin slices, remove the seeds.

Gelatin 100 ml of cold water for 30 minutes, until the grains become transparent; then lay on a sieve to water glass. Lime and mango juices mix with the sugar and zest, boil, add the gelatin, heat, stirring, without boiling, until gelatin is completely dissolved. Toss with lime slices. Put the jelly in glass bowls, refrigerate for 3 hours.

Peach wash, cut in half, remove seeds, cut into slices.

When submitting complete your jelly balls of ice cream, peach slices, kiwi fruit, sprinkle with coconut.
