30-40 g yeast

3 glass flour

2 tsp. sugar

2.5 cups of flour and mix with salt.

Dissolve yeast in a small amount of milk, add to flour to keep the dough warm for up to 3 hours.

If the dough gets thick, dilute it with milk.
