1,5 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 onion - head

1 PCs green peppers

100 g fresh mushrooms

2 tbsp. tomato puree

300 g beef broth

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

25 g butter

2-3 tbsp. milk

1 tsp. Basil chopped

450 g beef - minced

Fry the chopped onion and bell pepper for a few minutes in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat, fry well. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. Enter the tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, broth. Season with salt, add pepper, Basil and gradually bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

Put the potatoes in boiling salted water and cook for 20 minutes until tender. Drain the water, mash the potatoes with a fork, add butter and hot milk. Whisk until smooth.

Put meat mixture in ovenproof dish. Put on top of mashed potatoes. With a fork give the surface a wavy shape.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until Golden brown. Serve the casserole hot.
