What you need:

2 glass lingonberry

2/3 glass sugar

2 glass water

25 g gelatin

4 Art. l. cranberry or cranberry liqueur

a few cherries and red currants to decorate

In 0.5 cups of water to soak the gelatin in the 30-40 min., Until complete dissolution. Cranberries fill a small amount of sugar and leave for half an hour to give the juice; then drain the juice and keep.

Pour the remaining sugar 1.5 cups of water and boil. Mix the syrup and gelatin, stirring all the time, to boil. Remove from heat, pour cranberry juice and alcohol.

Cool, pour in 4 transparent kremanki or glass half. Put in the freezer to harden, put a layer of berries and pour the remaining jelly.

Garnish with fresh berries.
