1 kg rabbit meat

1 glass rice

1 carrot

1 onion

salt

ground pepper

2 glass water

2 Art. l. oils

Rabbit meat cut into pieces, put in vinegar marinade stand 2 hours, remove and dry, fry until golden brown in oil. Washed rice cook in boiling water, add the fried meat, fat, salt and put the stew covered in the oven. Fry in fat grated carrot shavings, chopped onion rings and add to the risotto. If necessary (if all the liquid absorbed into the rice), rinse the juice from the pan and add the rice. Continue stewing until cooked rice.
