Kidneys "Julien"

Required Products:

150 g cooked beef kidneys

100 g mushrooms

50 g ham

50 g pork roast

50 g boiled tongue

2 glass tomato sauce

1 onions - head

2 Art. l. fat

1 Art. l. grated cheese

parsley

dill

ground black pepper

Salt - to taste

Kidney cut into strips and fry.

Onions chop sticks, saut, add the sliced mushrooms into strips and fry until cooked.

Ham, tongue, pork chop sticks.

Connect with fried kidneys and mushrooms and onions, season with sauce (recipe here), salt, pepper and stir.

Put in a cocotte, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven.

Before serving, complete your greens.
