For the preparation of tomato marinade, shredded carrots, tomatoes and onions spasseruyte on the part of the oil, add the dry flour dissolved part of the broth, pepper, grated garlic, remaining broth and boil until thick.

Chicken treat, retrobyte to pieces (2-3 pieces per portion), fry, put on a greased pan, pour the marinade and cook in the oven.

Ready chicken sprinkle with chopped herbs, decorate with lemon slices. Serve with a salad of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.
