Handle the language, removing the cap, rinse, cover with salted water or warm broth. Bring to boil and simmer at low heat for 1.5 hours with the addition of sliced carrots, onion, parsley root. Readiness will determine the puncture plug: it should be easy to enter into the flesh of the language. Put the tongue in cold water and immediately remove it from the skin. Keep in broth, cut into slices. For the dough dissolve in milk, salt, sugar, add egg yolk, mix well. Egg white separately whisk until a stable foam. In milk mixture stir in the flour, stir until smooth. Connect with protein, gently mix. Oil heat up to 170 �C. Each slice of tongue dipped in batter and fry in deep fat until Golden brown. Serve hot.
