Required products:

1 PCs beef tongue

1 PCs carrots

40 g parsley root

1 onion - head



3 PCs apples

100 g dried apricots

2 tbsp. wine red table

1 tbsp. lemon peel grated

1 tsp. sugar

salt - to taste

Language fill with cold water, simmer for 1.5-2 hours with vegetables and onions. 5 minutes until tender put Bay leaf, salt.
