Ingredients:

600 g pineapple

2 PCs kiwi

300 ml peaches canned

4 PCs plum

2 tbsp. rum

3 PCs eggs

2 tbsp. sugar

1 glass cream thick

2 tbsp. coconut shavings

Pineapple cut into slices, kiwi, peaches and plum slices.

The whisk eggs with sugar and cream.

In tins greased with butter, put the prepared fruit, sprinkle them with rum, pour the egg mixture, sprinkle with coconut and bake until Golden brown.
