Ingredients:

450 g carrot

80 g milk

40 g semolina

200 g low-fat cottage cheese

50 g eggs

20 g sugar

80 g sour cream

Slice carrots, simmered in milk with oil until soft. Then sprinkle in the semolina and cook another 20 minutes, cool slightly.
