500 g short thick pasta

250 g ground beef (fat-free)

1 small onions

2 glass water

300 g Italian tomato paste

1/3 glass red wine

1 tablespoon beef bouillon cubes

250 g grated cheese

Preheat the oven to 180C. In a large saucepan, saut ground beef with chopped onion, pour in the water, tomato paste, wine and broth. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 10-15 minutes.

Cook the pasta. In high baking dish half of stacked layers of pasta with meat sauce, half, half the grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

If you want to freeze the casserole: Prepare all, as described above, but do not bake. Close the form polyethylene and put in the freezer. Before cooking, remove the casserole from the freezer, let it thaw at room temperature and place in a preheated 180 � C oven for 45-55 minutes.
