4-5 kg turkey

350 g walnuts

150 g butter

250 g rice

1 white bread - slice

1/2 glass milk

150 ml sour cream

The thigh the flesh, liver and ventricle turkey mince together with soaked in milk white bread, add salt, pepper and raw egg and knead stuffing. Rest of turkey meat, peeled onion and celery dipped in boiling salted water and cook for half an hour. Ready to take out the meat and broth boil down to 1 liter, drain, let boil and add the flour mixed with butter, boil on low heat for 20-25 minutes, then pour in the cream, boil for another 10 minutes and then drain. Walnuts are thoroughly crushed in a mortar and mix with half cooked white sauce.

Rice cook turkey broth (1 part rice - two broth). Of cooked minced make small meatballs (the size of a walnut) and cook them in salted boiling water.

Cooked turkey meat cut into portions, put on a dish with rice and meatballs, pour over meat sauce with nuts and the remaining white sauce in a gravy boat to file separately.
