1,5 kg young lamb (chops on the bone )

Garlic and pepper RUB in a paste to smear lamb. Hot frying pan (cast iron),fry on both sides with the lid open for longer than 15 minutes. Dish preheat, put on them the leaves of the coriander and mint, on top of the lamb. Salt spices to taste. Garnish any.
