Pudding with viburnum

2 l water

280 g sugar

100 g viburnum

90 g potato starch

Pour the starch with cold water (water needs a little).

Pressed from the berries of viburnum juice heat, pour the starch water, add sugar, bring pudding with viburnum to a boil and then immediately remove from heat, serve chilled.
