1 l water

350 g sugar

20 g citric acid

Grapes hands, carefully separated from the brush, rinse well and dry. Pears Wash thoroughly, remove the thin peel, cut in half, remove the seeds and place in cold water with the addition of citric acid (10 g per 1 liter of water). Pear halves removed from the acidified water, and cut into slices immediately lowered into boiling water and acidified with citric acid (10 g per 1 liter of water). Boil 1 or 2 minutes, depending on the hardness of the pears, and then remove and dry.

Peaches put in a colander and immerse in boiling water for 3 minutes, immediately cooled in cold water, then peel. Divide each fruit in half, remove the seeds.

Obsushennymi grapes, sliced pears and peaches fill the jars and pour the hot syrup to the top. Banks close tightly, sterilize: half-liter - 15 minutes, liter - 20 minutes. At the end of the sterilization banks immediately cool with peaches.

Store in a cool pantry.
