3 kg plums, 0.75 liters of water

0.75 l red wine

750 g sugar

2-3 cloves, cinnamon, vanilla

Strong, ripe plum thoroughly washed, freed from the stalks, cut in half, remove seeds, plums put into prepared jars. Water, wine, sugar, spices, boiled, strain, pour hot syrup plum, cans sealed and sterilized for 5 minutes, counting from the moment of boiling water in a saucepan for sterilization. Banks are removed, wrapped in a blanket and kept until cool.
