Pudding with dried apricots
1 l water
100 g dried apricots
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. starch
citric acid
Pour the dried apricots with water, boil until tender.
Wipe the dried apricots and mix with sugar, lemon salt, bring to a boil, add the cornstarch and stir.
Before serving the pudding with dried apricots cool.
