2 kg mutton flesh (ham)

2 glass orange juice

0,5 glass ground cinnamon

4 tbsp. vegetable oil

black pepper

salt

Lamb need to be rubbed with salt and pepper, put into the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Combine and mix the cinnamon with orange juice.

Cut the mutton slices, pepper and salt, fry until Golden brown in butter, pour the juice and simmer until tender.
