2-3 onions

1 glass dry buckwheat groats

Cook the buckwheat, salt and stir after cooking, stand about 15 minutes wrapped in a towel.

Wash and chop the mushrooms slices, finely chop the onion, chop the greens.

Pan with vegetable oil heat, fry in it the onion about 5 minutes, add mushrooms to the onions, cook for another 15 minutes, add pepper and salt, allow to cool, grind in a blender or grind in a meat grinder.

Add the mushrooms to the buckwheat, parsley, stir, soaked in water to produce patties, bread them in breadcrumbs and fry buckwheat mushroom vegetable patties on the pan with vegetable oil.

Fry buckwheat mushroom vegetable cutlets on both sides until Golden brown, to bring them covered until ready within 5 minutes
