2.5 kg pork leg

1.25 l barbecue sauce

2 cloves garlic

1.5 head onions

1.5 tablespoons olive oil

Onions and garlic to clean, cut into small pieces, put into a large saucepan and saute onion until transparent, then pour barbecue sauce, stir and boil for a few minutes.

Put ham (whole) into the sleeve (pouch) for baking, or in a large container, pour the sauce to the meat and seal the container, remove for 8-12 hours in the cold for marinating.

Put meat in the pan, pulling out of the marinade, pour marinade over the top this.

Next baked ham with onions and barbecue prepared as follows: the meat in the pan is placed in the preheated grill or oven and bake until done.
