1 kg chicken wings

1/2 Cup bread crumbs

1/2 Cup corn flakes

2 tbsp. wheat flour

Wings rinse, each cut into 3 slices, the third part is the tips to throw.

Soak the wings for an hour in salt water - the meat will be softer.

For breading crush corn flakes and mix them with the bread crumbs, flour, herbs, ginger, mix with pepper and garlic.

Breaded wings in the prepared mixture, then put in a pan with plenty of oil and fry for about 20-30 minutes until tender, before serving the chicken wings in crispy breadcrumbs laid out on a paper towel so that it has absorbed excess fat.
