100 g lard

6 tubers potatoes

4-5 heads onions

4 eggs

1,5 Cup sauerkraut



1/2 Cup milk

Potatoes wash, peel, cover with water and boil until tender, then add the milk and butter, salt and pure, to drive all your eggs in puree until smooth stir.

In a pan put the sauerkraut under the lid to put it on a low flame for 20-25 minutes

The fat is cut into small pieces, melt in a pan, fry the finely chopped onion, add to the cabbage and mix all.

Evenly lay on a baking sheet, oiled, half puree, put on top of the stuffed cabbage, flatten it, put the remaining potatoes, smooth and drizzle with melted fat.
