300 g liver

3 Mandarin

2 Cup water

1 glass rice



1/2 Cup green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show

4 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. flour

1/2 tsp. red spicy pepper

vegetable oil

Boil the rice until tender.

To extinguish, to mix with rice and peas, pour 3 tbsp. of soy sauce, put in a warm place.

Stripped from the films liver, rinse it and Pat dry, cubes or thin slices chopped, pepper, hot pepper, breaded in flour on both sides and fry in very hot oil.
