400 g petioles of celery

300 g fresh oyster mushrooms

30 g dry wood mushrooms black

3 garlic cloves

2 chili pepper (green and red)

2 see ginger root fresh



2 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1,5 tbsp. rice vinegar

1 tbsp. starch (+2 tbsp water)

rice vermicelli (for garnish)

Shiitake mushrooms can be purchased in many supermarkets, as well as in the Chinese shops.

Soak the mushrooms in warm water, to withstand the required time according to the instructions, rinse and cook (if specified in the instructions).

Oyster rinse, drain, then cut into strips not too thin.

Celery washed, cut into.

Deseed the peppers, cut into strips, peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger root.

Chinese wok or frying pan heat the oil, put the garlic, pepper, ginger, fry all 1 min with stirring, to put shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, fry while stirring to release the juice, and then a few more minutes.

Next, in a pan, put the celery and fry for 2 minutes, then pour the diluted in water, starch, soy sauce and vinegar, stir, if necessary dosolit, to immediately remove from the stove.

Serve celery with mushrooms in Chinese with a side dish of rice vermicelli.
