100 g fresh fillet of salmon, walleye and sturgeon

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 Bay leaf

1 l fish broth

Onion chop and fry on the part of the oil, add the broth and brine, chopped capers and olives and bring to a boil.

Cut into pieces of fish fillet simmered it with oil, add the tomato puree, cucumbers, sliced into strips, hot broth, add pepper and salt and cook for 10-15 minutes on a slow fire, at the end of cooking, add the Bay leaf.

Before serving, put a slice of lemon, olives and chopped parsley in each plate.
