French cheese soup with meatballs

400 g minced meat

6 peas allspice

6 tubers potatoes

4 Bay leaves

4 processed cheese

2 head onions

1 carrots

1 the beam green

1 tbsp. salt

Clean, whole boiled potatoes, to get it out of the water, chop, put back in the soup.

Peel and finely chop the onion, oil to fry it to Browning, add in the minced meat, the rest left in the pan and add the grated carrot and fry, add to the soup.

Mix minced meat with onions and eggs, pepper and salt, to blind the meatballs, add to soup, 10 min boil.

Cheese cut into cubes, put into the soup, cook for another 10-15 minutes, add the chopped parsley, serve French cheese soup with meatballs hot.
