Sausage carrot and sausages

250 g carrots

50 g breadcrumbs

3 sausages

2 eggs

1 onions

2 Art. l. wheat flour

ground black pepper

salt

Carrots until soft boil in water, drained, cleaned, peeled sausages with onions and twist in a meat grinder.

The resulting minced pepper and salt, add eggs and flour, mix well until smooth, molded "sausages".

Breaded sausages in bread crumbs, fry in vegetable oil in butter until golden brown.

Serve hot dogs and sausages carrot hot with ketchup.
