Grape jam in Georgian

Ingredients:

1 kg Grapes

For syrup:

2 glass water

1 kg sugar

1 h. l. citric acid

Wash the berries, seeds pin removed, dipped in cold sugar syrup and boil until cooked jam in one step. Before the end of cooking add citric acid.
