Jam from lemons (II)

Ingredients:

400 g lemons

600 g sugar

2 glass water

Syrup Uvaria 2 days, starting with the addition of 400 g of sugar then add another 200 grams of sugar.

Lemon slices without z�rnyshek, pour water and boil them until tender. Put lemon on a plate, cover with another and warm, so simmer for 2-3 hours. Fold the slices in a jar. Pour warm syrup in a jar with lemons, cover
