4 glass buckwheat flour

2.5 glass water

2 glass milk

20-25 g yeast

1 h. l. sugar

Pour half of the flour in a bowl, pour 2 cups of hot water heated to a boil, stir thoroughly - there should be no lumps.

After cooling the dough to room temperature, pour the remaining half a cup of water in which the diluted yeast (water should be warm), beat, cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm.

After the increase in the volume of the test 2-3 times, add the remaining flour, pour in the milk, salt, and whisk again leave warm.

Buckwheat pancakes baked custard in the usual way, before Russian Shrovetide without these delicious pancakes can not do.
