Ingredients:

200g short pasta (e.g., dit)
250 grams of red beans
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 stalk of celery
150 g peeled tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 hot chili peppers
salt

Method of preparation:

Rinse the beans and cook for an hour in enough water until it becomes soft.

When the bean is almost ready, preheat a pan 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry gently peeled garlic. Add chopped celery.

When the garlic will get golden hue, shift it from the pan into another container, and put there coarsely chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Add to taste chopped hot peppers, salt and pour about ladle warm water.

Cook for 10 minutes, then mixed with all beans, pasta and leave add another 15 minutes on low heat. Remove and let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Optionally, you can add the pasta with beans, already spread out on plates, a tablespoon of chopped parsley and a pinch of oregano.
