Ingredients:



450 g wheat flour
200 g of mozzarella (or varieties fiordilatte)
200 g of peeled tomatoes
30 g of beer yeast
100 ml olive oil
3 Basil leaves
salt

Method of preparation:

Prepare the ingredients: peel off the mozzarella and peeled tomatoes from the liquid in which they were stored, and cut into cubes.

Sift the flour through a strainer, add the yeast and splinter salt dissolved in 250 ml of warm water and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Well knead until smooth and homogeneous dough round shape, cover the top with a kitchen towel and leave to rise for an hour.

After this time again knead the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour, and roll it with your hands or a rolling pin, forming two round layer, which then need to be put on the baking sheets with a diameter of 24 cm, greased with olive oil. Leave to rise for another hour. Well promote Basil leaves.

When the batter is ready, spread it on top of the tomato, mozzarella, salt, add a little bit of olive oil and place in oven preheated to 220 �C, for 15 minutes
