4 long rolls

4 fish fillets

2 carrots

2 sweet peppers of different colors

8 Art. l. vegetable oil

4 Art. l. wine vinegar

2 Art. l. mustard

1 Art. l. mixture of spices (chili powder, coriander, turmeric)

ground black pepper

salt

Sprinkle fish fillets with spices.

Connect 4 tablespoons oil and vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt.

Put in a greased form a fish, pour half the sauce oil, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, let cool.

Chop carrots and pepper, fry gently in the rest of the oil, allow to cool.

Connect the vegetables with the remaining sauce and mix.

Cut in half each bun, put on one half of a mixture of vegetables, fish, cover halves.

Before serving fish sandwich with pepper garnish with greens.
