5 l water

500 ml apple cider vinegar (or 250 ml of table 9%)

250 g sugar

12-15 peas allspice

2-3 bay leaves

5 tablespoons salt

Carrot greens (tops) gives a unique taste of tomatoes, marinated tomatoes for this recipe will surprise everyone who tries them.

Water boil.

Take the pot 3L capacity, heat, put a small bunch of carrot greens and tomatoes.

Pour into a jar to the tops of tomatoes and hot water to the top, cover the jar and so leave until cool.

Drain the cooked infusion of banks back into the saucepan to lukewarm water, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, allspice, vinegar, bring to a boil.

Evenly spread out on the tops of tomatoes and jars of 0.5, 0.7 or 1 liter, pour boiling marinade.

Immediately after pouring the tomatoes, marinated with carrot tops, sterilized lids rolled, turned upside down, wraps a blanket or rug, and as such are left to cool.
