600 g chicken

2 tsp. turmeric

2 tsp. chili powder

2 tsp. cumin

2 tsp. fresh parsley (secureway)

salt and pepper to taste

2 cinnamon sticks

1 / 2 cups chicken broth



1 onion, diced

1 red pepper

1 orange pepper

3 glass 1 / finely shredded pistachios

1 glass halves of grapes

3 glass 1 / mayonnaise

Put a large pot of water on medium heat.

RUB thoroughly the chicken with turmeric, chili, cumin, parsley, salt and pepper.

Put the chicken in a pan and add cinnamon.

Water in the pan should be enough to just cover the chicken.

Bring the broth to a boil and add the onion. Cook for about 30 minutes.

When the chicken is ready remove it from the pan and cool. Also remove the cinnamon sticks. While the chicken cools cut the pepper strips and grapes cut into halves.

After the chicken has cooled, divide the meat into fibers or mash with a fork, or a slicer.

In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, pistachios, pepper and grapes. Add the mayonnaise and stir with a spoon.

Add the mayonnaise and the hours move in the fridge.
