For cooking we need:

250 g seed beans (sprouts)

100 g sunflower seeds (seedlings)

100 g pea seeds (seedlings)

1 fresh cucumber

7 PCs radish

3 eggs (cooked in steep)

1 clove garlic



250 g natural yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show

First cleaned from the skin of the cucumber and cut it into thin slices, also cut the radish. Well wash the sprouts of seeds of beans, peas and sunflower (seeds removed). Then all the seedlings grind and connect with cucumber. Now make the dressing: add in yogurt peeled chopped garlic, salt and pepper. The dressing added to the salad and mix.
