Mushroom salad with cheese

Required products:

500 g mushrooms

100 g cheese grated

1 PCs carrots

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

The grate carrot and fry in butter.

Mushrooms boil in salted water, cool and slice. Connect the mushrooms and cheese, carrots and season with mayonnaise with mustard.

When serving, decorate the salad with parsley.
