Christmas cake salad with crackers and fish

250 g round salted crackers

150 g hard cheese

4 boiled eggs

1 Bank of canned fish

1 clove of garlic

1 bunch green onions

mayonnaise

Eggs rubbed on a grater, putting 2 egg yolks, add mayonnaise and mix.

Spread lettuce on platter layers: 12 crackers, eggs with mayonnaise, 12 crackers, mashed fish with mayonnaise, chopped green onions, 12 crackers, shredded cheese and garlic mayonnaise, 12 crackers.

Top New Year's cake salad with crackers and fish smear mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated egg yolks, place the salad before serving New Year's table parsley and tomato roses, cool.
