For cooking you will need:

1 pcs. egg

2 white bread - slice

25-30 ml milk
what milk to choose? we'll show

2 pcs. tomatoes -. large



3 parsley and dill - to branches

4 pcs. olives (pitted)

1 pcs. cucumbers -. Small

1 pcs. carrot -. Small

3-4 pcs. radish -. Small

200 g peeled shrimp (crabs or crayfish)

20 g ham

4 pcs. anchovy fillets

2 pcs. green pepper

1 green salad - beam

We cut the tomatoes with a spoon take out the upper part of the core. Hard-boiled egg cut in half and take out the yolk. Parsley and dill finely chop. From egg yolks, soaked in milk bread, parsley and dill, olive pulp make mince and fill it with minced meat protein. Finely chop the cucumber, carrot, radish, ham, shrimp, mixed and the mixture was filled tomatoes. Put on top halves stuffed with eggs. Lettuce and green peppers cut into narrow strips and put them on the tomatoes. On top of the egg lay crosswise strips of anchovy fillets.
