Christmas Salad "For the lovely ladies"

1 raw carrots

1 large red beets boiled

1 sweet and sour medium apple

1 A handful of walnuts

? glass prunes

mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

black pepper

salt

Apple peel, remove seeds, peel carrots and beets, all rubbed on a grater for Korean carrot sticks.

Prunes (pre-steamed), cut into strips, add a salad with nuts.

Christmas salad pepper and salt, add mayonnaise and mix well.

Before serving on the New Year's table draw salad Christmas "For the lovely ladies" nuts, carved out of the apple flowers and stars from beets.
