The Christmas salad with squid, Turkey and cucumber

100-150 g Turkey fillet steamed

100 g cheese grated

2 eggs boiled

1 head onions

1 cucumber

1 Bank squid canned

Chopped Turkey breast, medium-sized cubes chop the squid, just chop the onion, peeled cucumber, all combine, add mayonnaise, mix well, adding some salt.

Put the bottom of the salad bowl with lettuce leaves (to pick them by hand), layer, put grated on a coarse grater proteins, cover them with a layer of mayonnaise, put another layer of mixed ingredients, from top to lay the grated cheese, again mayonnaise, the last layer put finely grated yolks.
