Christmas salad with sprats "Pyramid"

300 g pickled mushrooms

150 g large sprat

100 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

4 boiled potato tuber

3 boiled eggs

2 large onions

1 boiled carrots

1 boiled beets

dill

vegetable fat

salt

Chop the onion circles, then cut into quarters mugs, saute in butter until golden brown, drain the oil.

Peel the eggs and vegetables.

Cut into cubes egg whites, potatoes, beets, carrots and mushrooms.

Sprats cut into large pieces.

Boiled egg yolks grind with the fusion with fish oil, add 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise.

Mix potatoes, squirrels, mushrooms, season with all the prepared sauce, put in a pyramid on a flat dish, coat the salad with mayonnaise, put the pieces of fish, again lubricate salad with mayonnaise.

Next, spread the pyramid layers remaining ingredients: fried onions, beets, ram, mayonnaise, carrot lay so that in the middle of the salad was visible layer of beets.

Before serving on the New Year's table draw Christmas salad with sprats "Pyramid" bottom greens, remove cold.
